During this tour of Kowloon and the New Territories you will see many interesting places often overlooked by tourists. It includes visiting the Buddhist temple Wong Tai Sin known for its fortune-tellers, some of whom speak English and the wonderful Nan Lien gardens are like a totally different world filled with relaxing music and murmur of water far from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Then you will walk in the park “City behind the Wall” where our guide will entertain you with many interesting facts from the history of this former slum area once inhabited by the poor and now converted into a classical Chinese garden with stones, pavilions, and paths adorned with brightly coloured tropical flowers and evergreen trees. Finally, you will stroll along Tsim Sha Tsui promenade to be photographed against the backdrop of skyscrapers on the opposite shore, buy souvenirs and enjoy the panorama of the harbor.
